if you have windows 10 you can go to Start /settings/apps and features/camera Click on cmera, advanced option will appear click on advance options go to camera in app permissions and turn off. Camera will not longer work (no longer has permission to connect To turn back on follow the same steps and click the slider in camera to on. I would bet you could do similar on a MAC
